We allow 98% of daily market in store trade-in or ask about our cash options. Not sure what's real? Don't worry! We will go through your items and sort it for you. Anything from ring sizing, chain solders, prong retipping to watch batteries or replacing a stone, we offer a wide variety of jewelry repair options. No appointment needed, just stop in and let one of our team members assist you today!
RETURNS
We want you to be satisfied with every purchase with us but in case of a situation where you need to return an item we offer complete return of product within 7 days of purchase with invoice. Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
We strive to get it right the first time but in the instance of normal wear and tear we warranty all of our merchandise and repair work for 1 year of purchase date. Product cannot be modified by anyone other than Elite Jewelry or warranty is void. Some restrictions apply.
